Terms & Conditions

Prior to the website design, you will receive a check list of everything we require. Following your approval, we will invoice out and begin the website design process.
A separate invoice will be issued for any changes made after we have invoiced you.
In the case of financial difficulty: A fifty percent deposit is required upfront for web design exceeding two pages. The remainder is due 30 days after the invoice date. Unpaid fees will result in your website being taken off the internet until the balance is paid.
No deposit will be allowed for our basic 2-page websites.

Our subscriptions include amendments to an existing website, but does not include the creation of a brand-new website.
Please contact us if you need an upgrade or addition to any of our services.
If we are required to maintain more than one website, the subscription fee will increase.
Your website will appear on our socials and the portfolio section of our website, in addition, this could be useful for you as well as it could lead to a sale on your end. In case of privacy concerns, please let us know.

Performance Disclaimer: While we strive to optimize your website for improved visibility and rankings, search engine algorithms are subject to change, and we cannot guarantee specific results or rankings within a given timeframe.
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including content, and access to necessary platforms, to ensure successful SEO implementation.
Third-Party Factors: SEO performance may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as competitor activity, changes in search engine policies, or external backlinks. ConnectedWithUs is not liable for performance issues arising from such factors

Service Scope: Our social media maintenance service includes the creation, scheduling, and posting of advertisements on your selected social media platforms. Content creation and posting frequency will align with the specific package chosen by the client.
Monthly Payment: The service fee is billed on a monthly basis, as per the package selected. Payments must be made in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.
Client Collaboration: Clients are required to provide relevant information, branding materials, and approval for content within the agreed-upon timelines to facilitate smooth content creation and posting. Delays in client responses may impact the delivery schedule.

If you wish to cancel any of our services, all outstanding fees must be paid first.
Cancellations take one calendar month from the day the cancellation form is signed.
Subscriptions and services can only be canceled at the end of each calendar month
A month’s notice will be required if domains or hosting are moved to another provider, you can choose to transfer yourself or seek assistance from the provider you plan to switch to.
Once hosting services are cancelled, all data stored on the providers servers (emails, websites) will be lost. Before canceling your hosting, please confirm with your provider that you have backed up your data.
