Website Building

  • Prior to the website design, you will receive a check list of everything we require. Following your approval, we will invoice out and begin the website design process.
  • A separate invoice will be issued for any changes made after we have invoiced you.
  • In the case of financial difficulty: A fifty percent deposit is required upfront for web design exceeding two pages. The remainder is due seven days after the invoice date. Unpaid fees will result in your website being taken off the internet until the balance is paid.  
  • No deposit will be allowed for our basic 2-page websites.

Monthly Website Subscriptions

  • Our subscriptions include amendments to an existing website, but does not include the creation of a brand-new website. 
  • Please contact us if you need an upgrade or addition to any of our services.
  • If we are required to maintain more than one website, the subscription fee will increase.
  • Your website will appear on our socials and the portfolio section of our website, in addition, this could be useful for you as well as it could lead to a sale on your end. In case of privacy concerns, please let us know.

Company Registrations

  • We only assist with registering Pty Ltd.’s. 
  • We do not load the yearly turnovers into the system. You will need to inform your accountant of this once your business has been registered.
  • Alternately, contact us if you require assistance with choosing the right accountant for your business.

Socials

  • We do not post content on your social media profile as part of a social media setup. 
  • Our social media advertising service encompasses the creation and posting of a single advertisement on your social media platforms. The associated fee is a one-time payment specific to that particular advertisement.
  • Please contact us if you are interested in a social media managers subscription. The terms and conditions of this agreement will be discussed upon request.

Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel any of our services, all outstanding fees must be paid first. 
  • Cancellations take one calendar month from the day the cancellation form is signed.
  • Subscriptions and services can only be canceled at the end of each calendar month
  • A week’s notice will be required if domains are moved to another provider, you can choose to transfer yourself or seek assistance from the provider you plan to switch to.
  • Once hosting services are cancelled, all data stored on the providers servers (emails, websites) will be lost. Before canceling your hosting, please confirm with your provider that you have backed up your data.
